Where we are going to
Logistics
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation, manage shipments, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
Track and trace shipments, resolve logistics issues, and communicate delivery status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
Monitor inventory levels at warehouses, coordinating with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels
2. Purchasing
Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to procure goods such as supplements and cosmetics
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Prepare and issue purchase orders, review supplier invoices, and track purchasing expenses to ensure alignment with the budget
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery requirements

Yêu cầu công việc

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Purchasing or Supply Chain management, preferably in the Supplement and Cosmetic industry
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools for inventory forecasting, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis
Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation requirements
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
