Logistics Specialist

Do Custom clearance, tax duty calculation, and customer documentation and reporting
Making Import documentations (Sale contract, custom declaration, import duty tax, import licenses .....)
Making Export documentations (sale contract, custom declaration, packing list, invoice, delivery order, export licenses.....)
Co-operate with warehouse supervisor on calculating the dimension of export shipment
Monitoring & control the Broker perform custom declaration on the VNACCS system
Collect & submit import/export documents completed to Finance as timely
Sending export shipping documents related to Customer as required & timely
Monitoring & registration Government/Customs service contract (VNACCS-ECUS5, COO Electronic, others...)
Forwarder & Broker Service control
To comply Practical norms which registered with Customs for all items export shipping
Contact & coordinate to Shipping agent/Forwarder/ Customs broker/Courier to get import/export documents related and ensure the shipment arrive/despatch as timely
Report Shipping agent/Forwarder/Broker/Courier performance evaluation to Logistics Manager
Certificate of origin preparations and submit approval
Build up & register new Practical norms with customs base on Production consumption
Certificate of Origin apply and get approval :
Calculate materials consumption of parts number deliveried according MOIT regulations
Upload materials consumption of parts number according shipping Invoice on ECOSY system and approval Form A, Form E, Form AK, Form AJ, form EVA, form B (if any) by authorize.
Making Certificated of Origin (COO) as Customer required and submit to Government for approval
Sending COO to Customer as required & timely
Daily update and monitoring export materials in customs books
Other relevant tasks
Liaising with VAC Global logistics and others department related about import/export requirements
Keeping improvement mindset to saving export/import process and cost as VAC regulations
Coordinate with Finance team to monitoring materials comsumption base on stock balance report
Keep update & comply Government/Customs regulations related import/export/logistics fuctions
Make the shipping payment request with all export shipping invoice fee and document scanning to Finance departmen
Any other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager
