As Logistics Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our operations focused on African markets.You'll manage orders, coordinate logistics with global stakeholders, and handle essential documentation like transport documents, Letters of Credit and invoices. Your problem-solving skills will help tackle unexpected challenges, ensuring timely deliveries.
What do you need to be successful in your mission?
- You have experience in the shipping industry, such as a freight forwarder or logistics administrator, and knowledge of Incoterms, Letters of Credit, or transport documents is a plus.
- You are fluent in English and French; additional knowledge of Dutch, or other languages is a bonus.
- You thrive on planning and organization and take pride in delivering excellent service as part of a team.
- With a proactive and critical mindset, you anticipate issues and take the initiative to solve them.
- You live in the region of our headquarters in Antwerp.
