Mô tả công việc

- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance technicians, ensuring daily tasks are completed on schedule.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for all electrical systems, including motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues in production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all electrical equipment and systems are in compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Provide training and guidance to electrical technicians on electrical maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Manage the inventory of electrical spare parts, tools, and materials necessary for repair and maintenance.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure prompt repair of equipment to maintain production flow.
- Work closely with production managers and mechanical maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure optimal functioning and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and reports for compliance and operational review.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the electrical maintenance area.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Can work shift and overtime.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor degree in Technical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in electrical maintenance, industrial electrical systems, or automation are a plus.
- English or Chinese communication is the must.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including motors, transformers, wiring, control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and automation.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical systems used in manufacturing processes, such as welders, cutters, galvanizing machines, and conveyors.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and condition-based maintenance for electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in electrical maintenance.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical systems in production machinery.
- Experience in industries such as lighting, furniture, or similar manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Experience with automation and PLC systems is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of electrical technicians.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for electrical systems.
- Proficiency with electrical maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and report on maintenance activities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of electrical safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
