- Monitor and ensure that all machinery & equipment in the production lines operates properly, avoiding unexpected breakdowns. Participate in troubleshooting to ensure continuous machine operation across all production lines.
- Proactively participate in the implementation of PM Foundation, Preventive Maintenance activities (AM, PM).
- Proactively inspect and review production lines to detect abnormalities, support shift maintenance to prevent unexpected breakdowns, and rectify unsafe conditions related to assigned machinery & equipment.
- Participate in rEWO analysis of equipment failures, identify root causes, propose and implement solutions to increase equipment lifespan, reduce breakdowns, and prevent recurrence.
- Consolidate maintenance plans for execution in maintenance days based on existing abnormalities and in-shift failures. Support supervisor in monitoring maintenance work in maintenance days.
- Control unsafety risks, supervise mechanical technicians and contractors during maintenance, repair, improvement & installation projects of machinery & equipment.
- Develop work instructions (OPL, SMP, etc.) related to mechanical maintenance within the plant.
- Participate in WCM projects to reduce equipment breakdowns and improve 5S. Manage improvement projects for machinery and equipment as assigned.

- Develop technical drawings and submit designs for approval.
- Inspect details during installation process.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Technical Competencies:
- Foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering and mechatronics.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems: oil pumps, oil valves, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic circuits: air compressors, control valves, cylinders, and other actuators.
- Basic understanding of mechanical transmission mechanisms (belts, sprockets, bearings, etc.).
4. Skills & Ability:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power-Point.
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing softwares: Solidworks and Autocad.
- Ability to work under pressure of schedules.
