Maintenance Engineer

1. To provide schedule to maintain and ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment in the concrete batching plant are in working condition
2. To provide plan for spare parts for critical equipment such as conveyor rollers, mixer blades/paddles, armor plates etc.
3. Plan and carry out regular, preventive maintenance on building, equipment and office/plant facilities.
4. Execute basic repair and troubleshooting and coordinate with external service providers/ contractors from initiation to completion.
5. Manage breakdowns for all M&E systems
6. Create and maintain all documents, records and reports
7. Conduct regular inspections of office/plant facilities for potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions and initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment
8. Carry out all tasks by complying with the respective process descriptions and ensure your workplace is tidy and clean
9. On instruction of the superior, further tasks may be added or other tasks to be reasonably expected according to the employment contract have to be carried out
