I. JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure the reliable, safe, and compliant operation of sterilization equipment-especially ETO systems-through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Support production and quality teams to minimize downtime and meet regulatory standards.This role requires a proactive approach to equipment reliability and cost efficiency.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintenance Management
1.1 Maintenance planning ( yearly - monthly - weekly planning)
1.2 Maintenance reporting ( Break-down / incident /weekly report and monthly report)
1.3 Manage the machines history card
1.4 Drive and leading for maintenance KPI fulling the requirements
1.5 Manage and control maintenance budget
1.6 Manage with yearly maintenance with BTC & Critical supplier (LESNI-Flowserve,...)
2. Spare part Management
2.1 Spare part management (Stock control and re-ordering )
2.2 Maintain and control spare part code with updated
2.3 Verify the technical information and ordering spare part
2.4 Implement and maintain the Global requirement for Spare part management.
2.5 Build and lean a 5S concept for the storage of the spare part.
2.6 The Equipment risk management and OCAT analysis yearly update for all equipment at EO Sterilization.
3. Execution of project / change control task
3.1 Execution the assigned task under projects and global change control
3.2 Leading local changes control link to process
3.3 Other task from local change control link to sterilization (if assigned)
4. Improvement Management
4.1 Manage the implementation of improvement activities. Develop and lead action plans to improve the 5S/GMP/EHS at production area.
4.2 Execution for implementation improvement of machines and equipment at sterilization

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electrical, or related field.
- Have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within foreign direct investment (FDI) companies, with a strong emphasis on technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system optimization.
- Proficient in reading , writing & Speak English
- Familiar with SAP system
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of ISO 13485; Proficiency in ETO sterilization systems, PLCs, HVAC, calibration, and automation; Experience implementing TPM pillars such as Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement is preferred
