Main Responsibility:
1)Take charge of the responsibility in managing the whole services and parts business of certain regions in the Vietnam market.
2)Design and improve the working process for the frontline services team to handle various machinery and scaffolding parts throughout the rental cycles which includes inbound, repair, storage and outbound of different rental equipment. (i.e. AWP, Mining Machines, Genset, Off-road machines, Scaffolding)
3)Standardize services related working process and construct regular follow up routines to rectify deviations.
4)Design and improve the incentive and penalty scheme of the services team and evaluate team performance on regular interval.
5)Responsible for cost control of all services related operations, especially on mining site projects and different service sites.
6)Guide, coach and encourage the team to develop towards company standards and goals. Swift rectification of unsafe and incorrect behaviors which damage the business.
7)Plan annual training plan for the services team and improve the technical and operational knowledge of the team.
8)Patrol around the projects' site to understand customer need and on-site repair issues.
9)Ensure government and internal company safety regulations are compiled and cascaded down to the operation level.
10)Ensure the parts availability on a national level and warehouse level is always maintained on a satisfactory level. i.e 93% availability
11)Provide network development plan of our services points so it can support the business need and parts supply.
12)Other tasks are assigned by the senior management.
Yêu cầu
Qualification:
1)More than 6 years' experience in the field of heavy equipment. i.e. Mining machines, AWP, Heavy trucks.
2)Have experience in leading services team for the back office and the front services shops.
3)Have strong technical background for heavy equipment. Excavator and mining dump trucks experience are preferred.
4)Fluent in English and local languages. Excellent communication skills to coordinate progress and decision in matrix organization.
5)Strong resilience to handle complicate situation and fast speed working environment.
6)Strong ambition to success and solid track record showing making things happened.
7)Have university degree and career background from reputable companies in the industry.
8)Station in Vietnam and willing to travel on demand.
9)Less than 40 years old.
