Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing, ID20104, 1600 USD)
Lead the effective implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across all operations.
Ensure the availability of required materials and spare parts for maintenance activities; prepare requisitions, follow preventive maintenance schedules, and verify specifications of received items.
Drive maintenance-related cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs to maintain efficient production operations.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure safe and continuous operation of manufacturing facilities.
Plan and implement improvements by keeping up with advancements in technology, processes, and maintenance systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate preparation for installation of production machinery and plant utilities.
Oversee the repair and maintenance of production equipment and facility utilities.
Take responsibility for implementing corrective and preventive actions to address issues arising in production machinery.
Requirement
Male, 37-46 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in plastic packaging, mold tooling, mechanical, or heavy machinery industries.
Proficient in English.
