Mô tả công việc
1. On-site service provision and maintenance of machines and infrastructure.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Machine breakdowns are kept to a minimum.
• Continuous and accurate recording of maintenance.
• Follow the manufacturer's specifications for all machines and equipment.
• Preventing partner's activities from affecting production.
• Prevent infrastructure from affecting company operations.
2. Spare parts management
• Maintain control and monitor spare parts management.
• Keep a complete and up-to-date widget inventory
• Management of contractors and suppliers of equipment and infrastructure.
3. Make sure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures.
4. Energy cost control.
• Lead to control energy cost meet to target
5. Team leader
• Efficient teamwork and cooperation with Production Team.
• Evaluate staff training needs and ensure training is conducted.
• Record group time and attendance.
• Annual performance evaluation of employees
• Promoting rewards and discipline for the team
• Create motivation for the team to promote their abilities
6. Prepare audit documents of Maintenance Dept related to quality, environment audits
7. Ensure safety, 5S, housekeeping of maintenance Dept as standards and regulations of the company

Yêu cầu
1. Education
• Graduated from university of or higher about mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering
2. Experience
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry
• Project management experience is a plus
3. Languages
• Speak/Written by English well
4. Infomatics
• Working with computer and excel is required
• Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines and hydraulic/ pneumatic systems.
5. Problem Solving Ability
• Actively seeking opportunities that can lead to benefit. Calculating risk and driving action. Driving innovation in the eyes of the customer Capable of formulating proposals, making recommendations related to production requirements. Proactively contributing to establish a working culture applying problem solving techniques i. e. fishbone, FMEA, 5 why, Pareto Chart.
6. Communication
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and spoken, including those required for presentations, selling ideas and recommendations, gaining co-operation, influencing and negotiating within the function and cross-functionally among the peers and management. Dealing effectively with others in an antagonistic situation. Using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict between two or more people
7. Judgement
• Capable to determine own priorities and to go fast, make sound decisions and recognize when it is right to consult up-wards or amongst the peers, actively promote involvement of direct reports reflecting on their views and opinions prior taking non-judgemental decisions.

• Emotionally empathic and competent in people management applying a participative and morning leadership style simultaneously being assertive, determined and persistent as and when needed acting as the prime interface between management, functional peers and production.

• Flexible, able to work in initiative, can deal with more than one task/project at a time prioritizing accordingly.

• Self-starter, proactively driving agreed implementation strategies and frame-works following them through persistently to completion.

• Strong sense of Value and Ethics.
