Maintenance Officer

Carry out prevention maintenance, maintenance & repair MEP system (HAVC, Power distributor, UPS backup, Lighting system,) as schedule planned or unplanned.
Carry out prevention maintenance, maintenance & repair property equipment & tool as schedule planned or unplanned.
To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations on areas of the Palazzo club, Palazzo office, Palazzo Warehouse as required.
Carry out prevention maintenance, maintenance & repair other work as requested by the
Maintenance & Facilities Manager, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to guests and members of the public.
Supervise, and coordinate the work with contractors.
Assist repairs and maintenance Interior or Exterior such as furniture, carpet, cabinet, as schedule planned or unplanned
Maintains all work areas and ensures environmental services equipment is free of safety violations.
Reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management.
Ensure that all products and equipment, facility are carefully accounted for and properly stored in a safe and secure; notify supervisor of low supplies.
Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used per the manufacturer's instructions.
Understand and follow safety and emergency procedures and comply with Hotel and Palazzo club policies and procedures.
Interacts with guests and fellow employees in a professional and courteous manner
Training and instruct other members of the staff through sharing of knowledge and skills.
Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work.
Carry out other duties from the norm as requested by Manager.
