Summarize expenses related to sales, transportation, freight, and customs, and provide variance analysis and cost-saving recommendations.
Prepare and present financial statements required by the bank, monitor loan contracts, and prepare disbursement records.
Sales Performance Analysis and Forecasting
Prepare general reports on sales volume, analyze sales performance, provide insights business strategy.
Collect, aggregate, and forecast weekly sales data, identifying trends and offering actionable recommendations to optimize sales and growth.
Asset, Inventory, and Cash Flow Management
Oversee the accounting of fixed assets and equipment, including depreciation and asset tracking.
Manage prepaid expenses and ensure proper allocation within financial records.
Track payments from customers and suppliers to ensure effective cash flow management.
Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring accuracy in reporting and valuation.
Data Systems and Business Support
Build and maintain data systems that support business objectives, ensuring accurate financial reporting and alignment with company goals.
Summarize payment plans from accountants and ensure timely payment processing.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other tasks as required to support the Finance or Management team.
