Designed to build expertise in project development through structured rotations, professional training, and mentorship, this program offers invaluable exposure to the dynamic world of large-scale project development from inception to completion at CapitaLand Development (Vietnam).

You are eligible to apply if you possess:
• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Architecture, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Economics Construction, MEP...)
• No more than 3 years of prior working experiences
• An excellent academic track record and demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong intellect & analytical abilities
• A genuine passion for Real Estate business
• Proficiency in English skills
