Annual budgeting for the Quality Management Department in alignment with the company's business needs.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of QMS, Customer CSR, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards. Experience with ISO 14001, GRS, and the HIGG Index, Tisax and regulatory requirements is a priority.
Certification of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Internal Auditor according to ISO 19011, 5 core tools are required.
Certification of ISO 14001, 5 core tools, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, Lean 6Sigma or equivalent certifications are a plus
Preferably 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, QMS or a similar role, including leadership or system-owner experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive actions efficiently.
Vietnamese & English fluently.
