1. Channel strategy development:
⦁ Collaborate with seniors and key talent to design strategies for maximizing the potential of owned channels.
⦁ Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to refine channel strategies.
2. Content and campaign management:
⦁ Assist in planning and executing content calendars across all owned channels.
⦁ Ensure alignment of messaging with brand guidelines and business objectives.
3. Performance analysis:
⦁ Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of owned channels using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and internal report platforms.
⦁ Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable recommendations.
4. Customer engagement:
⦁ Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience across owned platforms.
⦁ Collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
5. Cross-functional collaboration:
⦁ Work with internal teams, including marketing, design, content, and product development, to execute projects that align with channel goals.
⦁ Liaise with external KOL, KOC, vendors and partners as needed.
6. Training and development:
⦁ Participate in workshops, mentorship programs, and training sessions to enhance skills in
digital marketing and ecommerce.
