Primary Responsibilities:
• Undergo training in various concepts, practices and procedures - technical knowledge of diamonds, inventory control and production logistics, quality control, preventive maintenance.
• Employee management and plan methods to improve efficiency in production.
• Maintain compliance with approved methods and Tiffany&Co. quality standards in diamond polishing.
• Strictly adhere to safe at work practices.
