PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
Phase 1 (2 months) - Brand Immersion: Serve as brand ambassadors in retail locations or as TikTok Live Stream Sellers at our headquarters.
Phase 2 (2 months) - Talent Development: Spearhead recruitment and training initiatives for promoters or live stream sellers, either on-site or at our office.
Phase 3 (2 months) - Sales and Marketing Integration: Engage in various aspects of our business, including sales operations, key account management, general trade, or trade marketing.
As an MT, you'll cultivate management competencies aligned with our corporate values. Throughout this comprehensive program, you will:
Gain in-depth brand knowledge and refine sales techniques as a brand ambassador.
Develop leadership skills by managing store teams or livestreams, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Drive business growth through key account management, trade marketing, and e-commerce platform optimization.
This immersive experience lays the foundation for your future as a corporate leader in the dynamic FMCG sector

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Recent graduates with up to one year of full-time work experience.
Adventurous spirit with an entrepreneurial and experimental mindset.
Performance-driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Must be available for full-time, on-site work (remote or part-time arrangements not available) and onboard immediately after being selected
Ability to work six days a week, with one day off between Monday and Thursday, as determined by the leader. The work schedule is assigned by the company for each respective position
Willingness to travel within Ho Chi Minh City between various retail locations as required for brand ambassador roles, as well as being ready to take on livestream work on e-commerce platforms as required for the Livestream Seller position

Monthly Salary: 12 million VND gross.
Monthly phone allowance: 150,000 VND.
Monthly transportation allowance: 200,000 VND (Only available offline sales team)
