KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Huawei's management trainee programs are designed to cultivate exceptional talents to strengthen the company's industry leadership. The programs offer comprehensive development opportunities that are designed to equip talented individuals with the expertise and experience to build successful careers.
• 8 months of on-the-job training.
• Gain cross functional as well as cross locational experience.
• Develop your decision-making skills - through involvement in projects as well as in day-to-day business during the 8 months.
• Benefit from the in-depth guidance of an experienced senior executive, including regular feedback.

Job Requirement
• Graduated from Telecommunications, ICT, Computer Science, Electrical/ Energy/ Power Engineering, Chinese Language and Culture, Business Administration or related.
• English communication at good level. Chinese communication skill is an advantage.
• Have good communication skills, work proactively, and have learning enthusiasm.
• Dedication and willing to growth.
