YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary purpose of this role is to ensure NAB meets its obligations in relation to Know Your Customer (KYC) existing Customers.
- This role is responsible for leading a group of associates with responsibility for conducting Customer Due Diligence reviews ensure financial crime compliance.
- This role is also responsible for providing leadership, coaching, development and meeting operational SLAs.
Manage operational and processing activities within the function to ensure efficient, accurate delivery aligned with service level agreements and performance targets.
- Acts as the key escalation point for all Customer Due Diligence matters in Vietnam.
- Liaise with key business stakeholders to understand business specific requirements and concerns.
- Monitor teams' performance against agreed SLA's.
- Oversee workflow and resource allocation to maintain optimal staffing levels and cost-effective operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance, including addressing gaps through coaching and development.
- Action all regulatory/internal audit items within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure compliance to all required policies, processes and training.
- Ensure all change requirements, delivery and implementation are in line with NAB's risk tolerance to meet Financial Crime regulatory and legal obligations.

Yêu cầu

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 to 15 years' experience in process execution and operational role, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Leadership role, prefer experience with large scale team.
- Proven working experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or KYC Operations for individual and non-individual customers) in financial institutions is a big plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Leadership experience to inspire, engage and lead a team to deliver high performance for the business and ongoing career development.
- Demonstrated experience in operations, quality management, process improvement, project management or related function will be highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- Customer driven commercial approach to business.
- Experience in making sound decisions and judgments.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions.
- Strong understanding of risk and controls.
- Understanding of AML/CTF Legislation.
