• Build annual media strategy to enhance media performance & effectiveness
• Build up
digital marketing capabilities with new and innovative digital initiatives like enhancing brand visibility on social media
• Manage and expand Media/ Digital network relationship with new partners and vendors including new OTT platforms, new technology-based vendors
• Develop creative and engaging digital media ecosystem, strategies and plans which brand teams can implement for each brand in accordance with each brand strategy and business goals.
• Provide support guiding brand teams on content development and format which are most effective, and relevant in accordance to the different mix of media channels.
• Apply tools and resources to generate insights into consumer behaviour and media choices.
• Coordinate and execute the digital elements of the media plan.
• Collaborate with e-commerce team and brand teams to develop industry-leading e-commerce marketing tactics that help drive e-commerce growth.
• Explore new digital or mobile technology /innovation to enhance brand communication, penetration & consumer relationships across social, web, media and email.
• Support and guide brand team on media channel strategy, planning and implementation that delivers the brand /campaign storytelling strategies and brand objectives.
• Support and guide brand team on any media related projects or initiatives.
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.
• Evaluate performance metrics and analytics for online platforms, recommending courses of action for paid and organic search, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
• Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant majors.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, Marketing in FMCG, Beverage industry.
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers.
- Strategic thinker with effective communication and presentation skills. (Both verbal and written).
- Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
- Proficiency English Skills.
