Mô tả công việc
1. Environment, Health, and Safety:
• Responsible to support BBVN offices and factories for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a standardized EHS strategy and programs.
• Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify potential hazards and collect samples for analysis. Recommend changes to protect workers, and educate employees on how to prevent health problems through the use of safety training programs. Develop & improve EHS main process, sub process & procedures
• EHS legal & other requirement compliance assurance
• Lead company EHS council. Conduct routine safety meetings in order to review the new procedures and policies needed for all employees.
• Support & follow two plant EHS committees
• Build and drive EHS annual plan.
• Carry out internal EHS audit & respond external EHS audit
• Develop and improve EHS system continuously. Investigate accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future. Assure the achievement of EHS policy, objectives & targets
• Be responsible for on-going training regarding safety for all employees in the company. Make sure that new employees receive their timely orientations and introduction regarding their training in their specific area in the company
• Supervise, coach, and assess performance of EHS team members as well as be in charge of their career development in the company.
2. Soft Services Management
• Establish and maintain all User/ Service Level Requirements for each Soft Service
• Take responsibility for the technical part in Soft Service-related RFPs. Establish a process/ system to assess and evaluate offered Services and the potential Service Providers.
• Establish and maintain a performance measurement and monitoring system (e.g Scorecard) for each soft service vendor(s). Define on an annual basis goal to improve Services technically and financially.
• Develop and maintain plans for periodic audits and inspections (incl. frequency, intensity, procedures, and methods) with respect to the required contractual service performance of each Service Provider. Implement such plans, record identified gaps and work with the Service Provider(s) to develop Action Plans (timing, action, preventative and corrective plan) to remedy substandard Service Performance and for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Soft Service Providers and coordinate internally within BBVN's users to drive improvement in safety, quality, and cost reduction through implementation of best practices, innovations and work process improvements.
• Hold quarterly business reviews with key service providers to foster dialogue and improvement.
• Review (or approve as required) all monthly reports and invoices by Service Providers with respect to accuracy and compliance with the contract terms and based on supporting detail as reasonably requested from the Service Providers.
• Establish and publish escalation and incident reporting procedures for each Service Provider.
• Act as a single point of contact for all formal and legal correspondence relating to the Soft Services contract performance.
• Act as representative for the managed Soft Services in internal and external audits as well as in related authority matters.
• Manage Soft Service Team in all subject matters and in disciplinary/ HR related matters.
• Work closely with Facilities management team (Hard service) for solving the issues which might have a cross-function here and there in between soft service and hard service or Support with non-standard request each other.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager from time to time.

Yêu cầu
• University degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Management or other technical fields.
• Good understanding of environmental laws and in sync with latest practices / technology
• Clear understanding of safety practices in an industrial environment
• Experience from working in international and / or multinational companies will be preferred.
• 5-7 years' experience in EHS management relevant to position
• Management System processes (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), quality tools, audit, and certification experience
• Having experience and or a keen interest in manufacturing EHS is preferred
• Good project management skills & change management skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good interpersonal, communicative skills to work with plant personnel from senior to junior level, as well as to external authorities.
• Must have fluent English skills
• Good skill in Microsoft applications of Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good understanding of environmental laws and in sync with latest practices / technology
