Mô tả công việc
As leader of BI Part, this position will be in charge of sales (*) planning and initiatives, performance monitoring & reporting, and key projects to promote sales performance.
(*) including Agency & Partnership Distribution channel, in which Agency channel accounts for 80%
1. Sales Planning and Initiatives
- Develop Agency model for short, middle and long-term
- Review scheme, contest to ensure the purpose of driving sales.
- Look at data to find insights and give recommendations to business
- Identify gaps in sales pipelines (recruitment, sales activity) that stand in the way of achieving sales targets, communicate these gaps to the appropriate teams responsible for execution.
- Initiate and lead projects to solve business challenges and align with the company's direction and market practice
- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive new initiatives for the new business models
2. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor Sales achievement, maintain information and insights of sales activities and performance metrics
- Provide sales performance review, delivery tracking reports, coordinate with relevant teams to prepare strategic reports for sales channels
- Perform qualitative analysis to identify areas that need to be improved and propose alternatives to strengthen FC operations processes accordingly
- Carry out market research and perform incorporate competitive intelligence and operational intelligence to model and improve opportunity estimates
3. Project and other tasks assigned
- Take charge of projects when needed
- Implement other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor with relevant majors, e.g.: Finance - Banking, Insurance,
• Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications
Experience
• Having at least 3 years working experience as the same position for Life Insurance company
Competency
• Excellent spoken & written English & Vietnamese communication skills.
• Having a strong background in Market Research.
• Results-driven and able to handle multiple projects
• Open-minded
• Pro-active, insightful, decisive & passionate about winning
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
