We are seeking a visionary and collaborative Head of HR Operations with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their HCMC-based headquarters. The Head of HR Operations will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, modernising HR architecture, shaping strong employee engagement, and aligning human capital strategies with rapid business expansion in the real estate development sector.
Areas of Knowledge:
HR Strategy and Corporate Governance: Partner directly with the CEO to develop and execute overarching HR strategies, organisational structures, systems, and procedures that support agile real estate development objectives.
Culture and Family-Oriented Engagement: Build, nurture, and maintain an authentic company culture that balances high performance with core principles of a close-knit, family-oriented work environment.
Compensation, Benefits and HR Compliance: Review, update, and manage comprehensive C&B schemes, competitive incentive plans, performance-based bonus structures, and workplace policies compliant with Vietnamese Labor Laws.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business heads to anticipate staffing needs, build robust talent pipelines for real estate development functions, and oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts.
Talent Development and Capability Building: Identify organisational skill gaps and coordinate with department heads to design impactful training and leadership development programmes.
HR Operations and Executive Support: Oversee day-to-day HR administration, employee relations, and health and safety programmes; perform ad hoc strategic tasks assigned by the CEO.

Experience:
Years of Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years in senior HR leadership roles (Head of HR / Senior
HR Manager), preferably within real estate, property development, or related project-based industries.
Industry Exposure
Financial Services, real estate, property development, or related project-based industries.
Education and Professional Knowledge:
Academic Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Expertise
Cultural Alignment: Deep familiarity with Vietnamese corporate dynamics and a proven track record of thriving within family-orientated or founder-led SME cultures.
Domain Expertise: Broad knowledge of local labour regulations, organisational design, C&B, performance management, employee engagement, and HR digitalisation.
Mindset and Leadership: Entrepreneurial drive, agile problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
Languages and Mobility: Good command of both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
