Main responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering:
Analyze business performance metrics and translate them into HR priorities and action plan under guidance of SM.
2. HR Process & Policy:
• Coordinate and handle the HR processes (contract renewal, training, personnel change, exit process...) from mid management level and below.
• Provide guidance of HR process and policies to relevant mid management levels and below.
• Assist in SOP and policy development as assigned
• Conduct investigations when necessary and support disciplinary actions in alignment with company protocols.
• Act as a liaison between business units and HR functional teams (C&B, TA, etc.).
3. Employee Relations:
• Handle routine employee relation matter with the area assigned
4. Performance Management (PM) Training & Development:
• Support performance review cycles, provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting and evaluation.
• Address performance-related issues, coach managers on feedback and improvement plans.
• Follow-up, arrange logistics and collect related documents
5. Engagement Activities
• Ensure smooth internal communication and foster a collaborative workplace.
6. Others
• Assist in preparing report, HR projects, organization development activities
• Ensure to perform daily HR practices follow internal and legal rules
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and
business leaders to ensure timely and quality hiring
