Mô tả công việc
• Identify/ conduct market research/ analyse market opportunities or feasibility studies to develop and enhance E-channel/ Digital platform such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc.
• Review/ propose enhancement of the Bank's Internet Banking channel to remain competitive.
• Guide Branches/ Transaction Bureaus (TBs) on matters related to the Bank's E-Channels.
• Plan and organise promotional programs through the Bank's E-Channels to increase E-Channel customer base and utilization.
• Review feedback from business units/ Sales team for improvement on E-Channel/ Digital platform.
Yêu cầu
• Graduate Degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Having at least 2 years working experience in the areas related to E-channel/ Digital Banking of commercial Banks.
