We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our growing agile team. In this role, you will facilitate Agile delivery across software development projects, work closely with US/CA stakeholders, and help teams continuously improve their processes, productivity, and delivery quality.
You will act as a servant leader, coach Agile practices, remove impediments, drive project transparency, and ensure successful collaboration among development teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and optimize Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach development teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
Monitor project progress, sprint health, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Track and analyze project KPIs such as Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, Team Capacity, and Defect Metrics.
Proactively identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and project delivery.
Collaborate with
Product Owners, Engineering Leads, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Manage project tracking and documentation using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for management and clients.
Facilitate communication between distributed teams and international stakeholders.
Support project planning, estimation, roadmap discussions, and release management activities.
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Participate in evening meetings with US/CA stakeholders when required.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator,
Project Manager, or equivalent role in software development environments.
Strong practical experience facilitating Agile delivery for software development teams.
Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and Agile scaling concepts.
Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Strong knowledge of Agile metrics and project health tracking.
Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify project risks and proactively drive mitigation actions.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working directly with international clients, especially US/CA stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working in software outsourcing or offshore development environments.
Experience managing multiple teams or multiple concurrent projects.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve project management activities such as meeting summarization, reporting, sprint analysis, retrospective insights, backlog refinement, and productivity tracking.
Scrum certifications such as PSM I/II, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-based software development processes.
Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid Agile, or Water-Scrum-Fall delivery models.
