Manager of Vendor Management (Manufacturing, Garment)

MAIN RESPONSBILITY:
- Direct report to Senior Director of Vendor Management
- Lead a small group of vendor management team in Vietnam
- Identify and address supply risk through contingency planning and diversification strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with company goals
- Develop tools to assess vendor performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
DUTIES:
- Provide support and guidance to help the team achieve the company goals
- Regular review on the order status with the team to ensure schedule on track
- Generate regular reports of vendor and order status to review with the Senior Director
- Provide training and directions to vendors and internal teams for production tracking
- Identify and implement process improvement to enhance vendor management efficiency in regular base
