Manager, Public RelationsCAPITALAND DEVELOPMENT (VIETNAM)

We are looking for a Manager, Public Relations (PR), based in HCMC. This person will be mainly responsible for PR and supporting Corporate Communications and CSR activities of CLD (Vietnam). The main objectives of this role are to support the Manager of Corp Comm-PR-CSR in planning and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation of CLD in public channels, including media, CSR initiatives, business associations and other tasks.
PR
• Assist in the preparation of communications materials including news releases, Q&As, speeches, talking points
• Organize media briefings/ interviews, facilitate media tours and manage media at events
• Manage communications for issues and crises
• Monitor coverage of the company and key industry developments across print, online, broadcast and social media platforms, as well as track the performance of media communications efforts
• Work with local and regional media outlets, such as newspapers, magazines, TV, and online platforms, to pitch and secure positive media coverage for the company and its projects
• Build and maintain good relationships with key media contacts and influencers
Corporate Communications
• Assist in updating and creating engaging content across social media platforms
• Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and corporate branding
• Source and manage speaking, sponsorship and corporate awards opportunities
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Identify, co-coordinate and execute CSR projects related to education and development for children and community
• Communicate and promote the CSR projects to internal and external stakeholders, using various channels and platforms.
Others
• Assist in handling paperwork, making reports
• Support the Manager in any other tasks and duties as assigned
