Manager, Technology - Backend Engineer (HCMC location)

Team and Role Introduction:
As a Backend Software Engineer in CCO tech Team, He will help drive CCO architecture and be a key contributor to the Operations and Agent experience domain. He will support the Operations products C360, S360, Redmart, Agent Console, and Xspace. He will design and deliver new features to enable new components for our mother company and partners, and deliver all kinds of operations and automation solutions for more than 3000 Agents to optimize the processes and reduce the cost to serve. Moreover will be collaborating and working closely with MP (Middle Platform) team to take ownership and handover of various products like (CLEO, ADA, LISA, Xspace etc). Must be experienced in all development lifecycle phases and have an outstanding customer focus. Be a mentor for other developers in the team, and help the team be stronger.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and build business features for the Operations and Agent experience domain.
-Develop tools and products using AI technology to automate the processes of operations.
-Build a solid foundation for the CCO projects with scalable, reusable capabilities.
-Build a data dashboard for monitoring product performances.
-Manage the working project progress and the releases to production. Also, indicate the risks and raise them to the upper level if needed.
-Develop applications utilizing the Alibaba Cloud Computing Service and working on the Internal Alibaba development platform.
-Take control/manage/support the team for all the DevOps-related tasks for the team.
-Create architecture diagrams for the systems and provide visibility in the group.
-Identify gaps in architecture, quality, and processes and propose solutions.
-Collaborate with MP teams to take handover of products and work closely with multiple teams for cross-domain functions.
-Be a mentor, and help other team members grow by contributing to code review or knowledge-sharing sessions.
-Understand Lazada CCO business and make a visible impact on business KPIs using technology.
-Drive innovation and improve existing systems by understanding customer needs.
-Work with product managers to clarify requirements.
-Design implementations and drive the development of projects.
-Ensure and guarantee high availability and performance.
-Be a role model for the highest code quality standards and engineering culture.
