Manfacturing Supervisor Recruitment/ Giám Sát Sản Xuất

a) Metal Production Line Management (BBQ Grills):
• Directly manage and operate the metal fabrication and assembly line for BBQ grill and sheet metal products.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly production to ensure on-time delivery and productivity targets.
• Assign and balance manpower for different processes in the grill production line.
• Monitor production progress and solve technical or manpower problems.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams.
b) You will be responsible for the following manufacturing processes:
• Sheet metal cutting, stamping and forming.
• Welding processes (MIG, TIG, spot welding).
• Grinding, deburring and surface finishing.
• Assembly of grill components and final product.
• Packing and handover to warehouse
c) Quality management in the production line:
• Establish [Standards Operating Process] and work instructions for the production process.
• Propose and promote the implementation of quality management plans as well as standardization within the company.
• Handle and implement countermeasures related to abnormalities that occur during the process.
d) Prepare for producing new products.
• Learn and research new product production methods.
• Prepare production line. Conduct trial production to ensure mass production.
e) Work environment.
• Propose and promote the implementation of measures to ensure a working environment.
• Consider and implement plans to improve the working environment.
