● Design independent test cases for each newly developed application.
● Provide feedback to
developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and
patches.
● Perform system load tests for new products.
● Manage and train apprentices, junior
testers, and new testers
● Work with other quality technicians to document the quality processes for replication
in other locations.
● Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC).
● Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products.
Yêu cầu
● Min 3 years of experience
● Good at English
● Disciplined and self-organized.
● Strong knowledge of testing concepts and classification - functional/non-functional, other
special types, ability to explain what for and why is happening in this or that type of testing;
● Full understanding of common agile development practices - scrum, kanban and variations;
● Web testing experience is a must, Mobile&Desktop testing experience is a plus;
● Test cases creation - real experience required, other test documentation - plans, strategies,
automation scenarios is a plus;
● Real experience with any type of requirements - classic waterfall docs, epics/user stories -
ability to validate and concentrate BA's on what's important;
● Any trading platforms experience is a huge plus;
● Ability to learn something new, adopt classic testing techniques to the agile world.
