In this role, you will be a senior manual tester. You will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Testing community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

Responsibilities:
Establish procedures to review requirements and build test plans, strategies, documentation and testing roadmap grooming
Work and interact cross-team with clients, product owners, developers, business analysts, and IT personnel
Involved in investigating the issues, bugs, and feedback as they arise
Collate and monitor the defect management process
Manage the changes and execute regression tests
Responsible for planning, keeping control of testing activities and meet product
goals, manage team member's tasks and time
Create test report
Must have Technical Requirements / Qualifications
Primary Skills:
Tools: Postman, Azure DevOps, JIRA/Confluence, HP QC
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience primarily in tester role
Good communication in French is a must
Willingness to fully take responsibility and ownership of the quality assurance process.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; demonstrated ability to provide a testing perspective as an input into Backlog refinement and Sprint planning.
Skills in test plan, testability review and test design techniques
Skills in interpreting the test basis (requirements, functional and technical design)
Vast exposure to working with different types of testing (e.g. functional system integration, regression, etc).
Team-player with experience working with international and multi-functional teams
Ability to work under high pressure and tight schedule
Knowledge of the business domains: Insurance (Life/Non-life), Banking; is a plus
Good communication in English is a plus
Knowledge and experience in Automation/Performance testing is a plus
