Manual Tester (Junior/Middle)

ABOUT THE JOB:
Support the timely delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements as requested by the business.
Engage in discussions with the development, business, and testing teams to understand requirements and enhancements to be delivered.
Bridge the gap between business requirements and user acceptance tests.
Track outstanding defects and collaborate with the Scrum team to resolve issues promptly within the agreed timeline.
Proactively seek continuous improvement in test coverage and execution.
Actively participate in scrum activities and meeting discussions, including sprint planning, daily stand-up, and retrospective.
Prepare testing status reports and closely collaborate with business users.
Support in vendor management as per Procurement & HR protocols and procedures for QE resources including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, invoicing administration.
Provide overall department support for governance and communication.
Monitoring of performance, KPI management and support quality reviews.
Support improvement initiatives to continuously improve capabilities, productivity, and efficiency of the Quality Engineering function.
Support of knowledge management to facilitate sharing knowledge.
Support the cultural switch from Waterfall SDLC to Agile.
