Job Description
- Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
- Perform end-to-end manual testing: functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, API Testing (e.g., using Postman or Swagger) and Database Validation using SQL queries
- Identify, report, and manage bugs using tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.
- Collaborate with
developers, BAs, and PMs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate test documentation and provide regular QA reports.
- Contribute domain knowledge to improve test accuracy and coverage.
- Mentor and support 3- 5 junior/middle team members to ensure testing best practices. (For Lead level)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QA/Manual Testing.
- For Senior/Lead Level: Ability to create Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Reports. Ability to train and mentor other team members (On-the-job training / formal training)
- Good manual testing skills, including API testing and SQL for data validation.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
- Ability to prepare test plans and work collaboratively within the team.
- Proactive, responsible, quick learner with strong logical thinking.
- Good English communication skills, sufficient for direct communication with international clients.
Nice to Have:
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
