1. Work experience: 2 years of experience in quality control and software testing, preferably in a CDN or networking environment.
2. Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3. Language requirements: English - listening/intermediate, speaking/intermediate, reading/advanced, writing/advanced
4. Competency requirements:
➢ Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, and experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
➢ Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
➢ Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, and TestNG.
➢ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
➢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

➢ Assist in the development of the company's testing strategy and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.

➢ Work closely with the customer support team to understand customer issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly and effectively.
