Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory targets.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement, and manage inventory to minimize excess stock and reduce costs.
Provide timely feedback to emerging situations or inconsistencies in the production process.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Maintain close and consistent communication with management and operations on employee related issues.
Facilitate communication between production teams, procurement, and management, and collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior on time.

Yêu cầu
Able to work under pressure and strong execution skill. A good understanding of supply chain management.
Familiarity with various manufacturing processes
Minimum 5 year of manufacturing experience in related field. Experience in using Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management support software.Chinese 4 skills
Has high sense of responsibility and team spirit, hardworking, meticulous, careful, have strong communication and coordination skill.
Good command of speaking English and Madarin.
