Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing floor,
ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role
focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, managing production schedules, and leading a high
performing team to support our high-speed growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Production Control
• Schedule Execution: Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production
schedules, maximize throughput, and achieve delivery targets.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize headcount, machinery, and material flow to eliminate
bottlenecks and reduce manufacturing cycle times.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Work alongside Manufacturing and MES Engineers to
smoothly transition new products and technologies from prototype to mass production.
• KPI Management: Track, analysis, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield rates, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency.
2. Process Optimization & Quality
• Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream
Mapping) to reduce waste and lower production costs.
• Quality Standards: Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to root-cause
production defects and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3. Leadership & People Management
• Team Development: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate shift supervisors and production
operators, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.
• Training & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS)
protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace. Identify training gaps and implement skill
upgrading programs.
