Manufacturing Capability Leader

With the new investment from P&G Global in setting up a new Operational Supply Chain in P&G Indochina which manufactures Non-Premium Blade starting from August 23. This role will lead the capability building master plan to ensure Operational Excellence, including (1) Support in trouble shooting when the technical issue happens (2) Coach the Blade Making Department via sharing standard methodologies regarding Blade producing technologies (3)Ensure the capabilities transfer for this complex technologies to Ben Cat site from other Gillette Plants such as: India, Poland, Germany and Boston.
