***Overview: We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Excellence Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring operational processes, developing reporting systems, and enhancing internal communications. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
***Responsibilities:
• Oversee and monitor operational processes by systematically collecting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting data in alignment with company standards.
• Develop and maintain a reporting system, including the creation of dashboards for effective data presentation.
• Manage communication of Factory News to all employees, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
• Provide support in the preparation and organization of workshops and significant ME events.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.
Yêu cầu
• Undergraduates or fresh graduates in the major of: Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Excellence, etc, and all relevant fields.
• Good in digitalization tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps).
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing, TPM, and/or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Good presentation and analytical skill is a plus.
• A good command of 4-skill English.
• Learning agility, willing-to-learn attitude, hardworking.
• Full-time and 6-month possibility.
