Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Transport Solutions Architect ($1150, ID 20009)
Develop transportation quotations and solution designs.
Gather and analyze information from internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiate with vendors and partners in collaboration with the Transport Sourcing team.
Prepare solution design presentations to support
Business Development.
Design operational processes tailored to potential customer needs.
Collaborate extensively across departments on projects and development initiatives.
Lead LTL (Less-than-Truckload) network development, including digitalized nationwide solutions.
Manage functional design, configuration, and administration of TMS (Transport Management System).
Drive new project implementation and support SOP drafting and execution.
Monitor operational processes and implement optimization measures.
Conduct transportation cost analysis and propose optimization strategies to the Senior Transport Manager.
Provide analytical studies to support strategic decision-making.
Enhance internal processes within the transport department, ensuring continuous improvement.
Work closely with Operations and Performance Management teams.
Conduct annual reviews of internal processes and implement necessary optimizations.
Champion innovation and green transport initiatives in alignment with company strategy.
Requirement
Gender/Age: Male, under 40 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in designing domestic transport solutions (container and truck transportation within Vietnam) in the logistics industry
Core Competencies:
Strong expertise in cost calculation and transportation solution design
Skilled in preparing quotations and developing tailored transport solutions based on customer requirements
Ability to optimize transportation costs and processes effectively
Language Skills: Fluent in English
