Manufacturing Excellence Sr. Mgr (Footwear Industry) - Location: Hai Phong & North VN

• Responsible for development and deployment plan of ME system (Visual Management, 5S, Lean, Advanced technology, Smart factory) focusing on the execution of project milestones that supports Sourcing Strategy and timelines in partnership with stakeholder.
• Lead and coach all ME program; overall equipment effectiveness, 5S methodology, Kaizen, lean and Six Sigma Methodology.
• Supports transformational vision & strategic proposals, progress updates, communication, and action plans/presentations to all levels of the organization
• Lead the ongoing periodic review of the production system standards and support internal audit and maturity assessments.
*Program Development
• Be a change agent and work collaboratively with ME Steering Committee, cross-functional team, to achieve project goals and objectives while balancing client needs, conflicting priorities and stakeholder engagement and buy-in
• Supports transformational vision & strategic proposals, progress updates, communication, and action plans/presentations to all levels of the organization
*Project Management
• Teach and coach to build capability of project partners and peer groups in process excellence
• Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity
• Develop and maintain project work plans, to execute against project deliverables effectively
• Take responsibility for project results, achieving savings/revenue targets and the quality of project execution
• Develop working relationships and embrace a business partner and client mind-set to effectively engage senior leaders, project champions, sponsors, and business partners in support of project execution
• Ensure performance excellence and project results are measured and tracked
• Regularly apply the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC)
• Implementing key business improvement initiatives for a priority factories.
ME Program Metrics & Audit
• Arrange periodic audit to the partner factories to evaluate the progress of the ME project
• Defining opportunities, analyzing data, designing manufacturing line flows, and improving business processes
