Mô tả công việc
Ensure in‐process manufacturing quality standards and work instructions are correctly applied.
Build inspection plans; conduct inspections and audits; evaluate product quality and issue abnormality reports.
Train and coach subordinates on product specs, standards, machine setup, and inspection methods.
Monitor in‐process quality performance; reduce defects, scrap, material usage, and inspection cost; work with related teams to resolve quality issues.
Join quality meetings with internal teams and suppliers; support defect analysis, corrective actions, customer complaints, sorting, and PFMEA.
Support trial runs, component transfers, and new product development; assist with supplier assessments.
Conduct subordinate performance assessments and align with team quality and delivery goals.
Ensure compliance with 5S/Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and company asset protection.
Follow Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EHS management systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
