Manufacturing Utility Manager - Industrial Services

Provide professional and technical support on Operation and Maintenance & Improvement in the Industrial Service for operational activities and during participation in projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all Industrial Service operation enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.
- Ensure stable, sustainable and efficient utilities, energy and water for the excellence manufacturing
- Ensure to minimize wastes and production losses
- Examine the performance of factory installations and take steps and measures to improve its performance and reliability.
- Establish the effective maintenance and improvement programs to production asset using Asset Maintenance Management system as a tool and ensure that it is properly carried out by the Maintenance & Improvement group.
- Manage day to day issues to ensure harmonious and efficient operation
- Identify and follow up training needs of trades people to maintain effective workforce to meet factory's technical requirements
- Provide support and technical advices to Maintenance & Improvement group and production people to ensure operation of plant and equipment meets standards and HACCP requirements
- Review and coordinate with production head for budget proposals related to Industrial Services, especially: Sundry, Water and Energy.
- Identify major replacement requirements for the Capital Investment Budget to ensure long term equipment reliability
- Supports and Implement company programs and policies
