- Discuss with the technical
designer about workmanship or garment construction to check whether there is any better way to suggest buyers make samples easier for bulk later.
- Follow up sample making, check sample and make a sample checklist to send together with the sample.
- Translate sample comment from English to Vietnamese and review it with sample room before next sample making.
- Arrange materials/ schedule for sampling as Dev, Fit, Test, PP, TOP sample.
- Sourcing good supplier for material in local and oversea
- Follow up sample making in development stages such as proto samples fit sample...
- Work with buyer during development stage about material and trim, also support technician to contact with buyer for technical issues.
- Offer good idea to buyer to reduce consumption, save cost...
- Work on fabric/trim quality/color checking and approval with buyer during development stage.
- Order material and trim for SMS order or bulk order, follow up material and trim delivery status
- Follow up production and garment delivery schedule
- Work with factory/supplier/buyer to solve all the issue related to fabric, trim during development and bulk production stage
- Other tasks will be discussed in more detail in the interview.
