Mô tả công việc
- Work on the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
- Assist in creating, planning, implementing, monitoring, & evaluating:
- Marketing plans, campaigns, & activities.
- To assist in analyzing & monitoring competitor activity, identify market trends & market share.
- Creating and analyzing marketing reports on marketing plans, campaigns, and activities.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Communicate, Coordinate, and network with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
- Assist with customer relationships; maintain customer standards, & customer databases.
- Target to meet financial objectives of the company and keep budgets inline: working with details of financial figures for all marketing expenditures.
- Target to achieve Company and Department KPIs.
- Work with team lead to plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, social, events, and retail POSM
- Responsible for social, promoting Brandname, Develop strategies and plans to promote on social media channels, brand development plan. Marketing Communications Planning, Strategy and Execution. channels (developing content, images/videos and ads to reach target customers)
- Plan programs to attract customers, coordinate departments to plan and implement programs
- Build relationships with media and relevant partners.
- Implement marketing activities for the company according to the annual plan.
- Proposing new ideas for events and marketing activities.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities carried out in the month, quarter and year from which to propose adjustment plans.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Certificate in Marcom Marketing, Advertising/Media, Business, Economic or equivalent.
- Work Experience: at least 3 years as Marcom or equivalent at Hospitality Industry
- Related certificates: English, MS Office, internet Marketing, etc
- Responsibility in work, independent, fast and complete good job undertaken.
