Mô tả công việc:
Manage brand compliance and the brand equity across all channels.
Ensure that all tools and procedures are in place to engage guests in Guest book
Manage all marketing/promotional/ sales collateral development/production both on and off line, calendar for hotel around all events, maintain a relationship with Key local press and local media.
Set up, manage social media accounts and sharing sites as relevant to the hotels markets and develop social network, manage social media accounts.
Manage the property's website- traffic and revenue generation, promotional content display, online advertising
Review and update corporate and marketing communications guidelines and manuals regularly.
Execute design and production of brand and marketing collaterals.
Coordinate advertising materials or related campaigns to meet deliverables.
Consolidate and manage global calendar of properties' events and promotions.
Maintain an organised visual asset filing system.
Maintain an updated photo library.
Update corporate and marketing collaterals regularly.
Assist properties with marketing communications activities.
Carry out all necessary administrative function
Perform other functions that may be required from time to time.

To have advanced knowledge in Marketing
To have advanced customer service, communication and listening skills
To have advanced computer literacy skills
To have advanced verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
To be self-motivated, able to accomplish tasks independently
To have innovativeness, able to complete tasks creatively and effectively
To be organised, prioritises tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to negotiate with customers effectively
To have ability to communicate and build strong relationships with internal/external customers
Level of education : Bachelor/ Licence in marketing
Minimum 2 years in the same position within and international hotel environment, pre-opening experience is a plus advantage
