You will be responsible for marketing and sales of the following two businesses.
★1st:Marine tour cliet`s development
We will use our own cruiser boat (Smile VIP) to sell sea activities and tours in Nha Trang.

1 Think of a tour: Think of a fun tour by combining activities that can be enjoyed at sea (diving, snorkeling, cruising, cruiser charter, fishing tour, eco tour, etc.).
2Know your clients: Think about what kind of people are interested in this tour and understand what they are looking for.
3Advertise: Use the Internet or flyers to let customers and travel companies (agencies) know about your tour.
4Tour Sell: Sell tours by accepting tour reservations and answering customer questions.
5 Listen to opinions: Listen to the good points and areas for improvement from the customers who participated in the tour, and use them for the next time.
6Check trends: Check to see if there are any new sea activities or what kind of tours other companies are offering so that we can always offer fresh tours.

★Second IT (customer development for application development)
You will develop a company (sending organization) with a Vietnamese person who wants to work (specific skills) in Japan, and use the engineer matching app (developed by our company) to help them achieve results.
1 Know the app well: Understand what functions the app you are promoting has and what benefits it will bring to engineers and the company.
2 Find Client: Search for engineers or companies (sending organizations) who might find this app useful.
3 Advertise: Use internet advertisements, SNS, email, etc. to let as many people know about the existence of the app. Sometimes we hold events or give webinars to introduce our app to people directly.
4Make a proposal: Contact the company (sending organization) directly, explain the benefits of using this app to find engineers, and suggest using the app.
5 Build relationships: Build good relationships with engineers and companies (sending organizations) to ensure that they are satisfied with the app and continue to use it. I'd like to hear your impressions after using it, and if there are any problems, I'll help you solve them.

ツアーを販売して頂きます。

1ツアーを考える: 海で楽しめるアクティビティ(ダイビング、シュノーケリング、クルージング、クルーザーチャーター、釣りツアー、エコツアーなど)を組み合わせて、楽しいツアーを考えます。
2お客様を知る: どんな人たちがこのツアーに興味があるかを考え、その人たちが何を求めているかを理解します。
3宣伝する: インターネットやチラシを使って、考えたツアーをお客様や旅行会社(代理店)に知ってもらいます。
4売る: ツアーの予約を受けたり、お客様の質問に答えたりして、ツアーを売ります。
5意見を聞く: ツアーに参加したお客様から、良かった点や改善点を聞き、次に生かします。
