marketing and Business Development Manager

Key tasks of the position include:
Business Development
• Establish sales plans and contact new leads for the Company's courses.
• To follow-up via phone and face-to-face with all viable business propositions, having an overarching emphasis on direct client contacts and opening new business leads.
• To review all client feedback and make recommendations for continuous improvement to entice customers to return the following year.
Marketing
• Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Create marketing materials and assist in the development of digital media content that include photography, videography, development and production.
• Assist in the development, maintenance and utilisation of websites, social media and digital marketing.
• Undertake roadshows, information booths and external presentations to expand the awareness of Outward Bound Vietnam.
• Generate and maintain sales kits that include brochures, flyers, and presentation materials.
Administration
• Plan and prepare logistic arrangements for in-field operations.
• Prepare, develop and reconcile budgets for courses and manage their implementation.
• Oversee the weekly and monthly deployment of all staff and courses as per the Company monthly schedule (planning board), so that courses are filled while maintaining high morale and a strong organisational culture.
• Supervise staff, plan, organize and implement administrative systems. Maintain office services, office policies.
• Assist in human resource functions and processes;
• Liaise between support services and sites of operations, communicate needs / concerns for expeditious action.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Implement customer service standards and evaluate sites of operations based on their ability to meet those standards.
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Safety
• Create content / delivery methods for course safety briefings and support the preparation of participants for attending a course.
Site Support
• Facilitate collection and dissemination of reports, reviews, information from and to sites of operations.
• Manage client needs pre and post program.
• Coordinate operational logistical requirements when required.
