Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities
[Vietnam Marketing/Sales Support Activities]
• Support Marketing Manager to establish medium-to-long-term strategies and business plans, manage sales/profit (P&L)
• Ownership and Manage assigned categories: new products launching and existing product portfolios
• Plan and execute assigned brand campaigns, establish and execute quarterly and monthly marketing operation plans
• Manage marketing budgets and report on assigned category, channels.
• Plan and order promotions and materials for distribution channels
• Champion of Offline channels and support Champion of Online channels.
• Perform other PR tasks relating to campaign and channel assigned.
[Market Intelligence & Business, Campaign Performance Analysis]
• Research market trends, analyze consumer responses, conduct customer surveys, evaluate brand and financial performance, and track KPIs.
• Establish and execute annual brand plans, analyze marketing campaign results
[Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams, Agencies]
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and achieve business goals
• Collaborate with agencies and partner firms.

Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Relevant experience: 5 years or more
3. Experience working as an Assistant brand manager/product manager at a foreign FMCG corporation
4. Hardworking and willing to challenge, down to the earth & open mindset.
5. Problem-solving skills
6. Experience in support establishing and executing brand strategies
7. Rationale, Data driven, Data analysis and report writing skills.
8. Project management skills, leadership skills
9. Communication and collaboration skills (with internal, departments and KOL, PR)
10. Marketing core skills: Product concept, Storytelling, Content & Visual Sense, Retail/Shop/Offline activation & O2O, VMD, CRM activities.
