Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading marketing activities across multiple platforms, driving qualified lead generation, and supporting sales performance. The position also plays a key role in managing digital transformation initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring effective execution across dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (Core)
Lead and optimize digital campaigns (paid media, social, CRM)
Drive lead generation and improve conversion performance
Monitor campaign results and propose optimization actions
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, media, events)
Coordinate showroom and sales-driven activities
Work with internal teams and agencies to ensure effective delivery
Brand, PR & Market Insights
Manage content across digital channels and support PR activities
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
Coordination & Growth Exposure
Collaborate with Sales and CRM to improve lead quality
Support reporting, budgeting, and campaign tracking
Take ownership of selected projects and grow into broader responsibilities
Ensure marketing activities comply with brand standards and support successful MBV audits
